This ore is extremely rare and it is the main resource to upgrade guns/equipments/etc. Always carry a Pickaxe with you and mine all Copper ore you find. This tree gives the most logs at the moment: 6 logs (3 planks). Some trees give you more wood logs than others. If possible, always have a spawn in bed before roaming around. At morning, just kill yourself and respawn. If you don't have a base yet and you die at night (and the loot you lost isn't important), it's better for you to wait for day light because you're going to lose health with the cold.As soon as any storage device is built, you will spawn with the minimal survival kit. Also if you exit game and reload, the crate will be gone. If you die, you have 5 minutes to grab your loot crate back.On your first spawn you begin with a Pistol, x9 9mm bullets, 1 axe, 1 light stick, 1 bandage, 1 water, 1 apple and 2 matches.Blueberry bushes and the fiber plants look pretty much the same.Check these screenshots to see how they look like: Close range 1 Close range 2 From far They are hard to spot at close range but from far they are easy to find. Fiber is much more common then people realize. You can usually grab them on the third stop. They will run for bit then stop for a second, then run again. Chickens can be caught without needing to be shot.Grizzly Bear (brown bear) is the wild animal that gives more fat (Lvl 1 Grizzly bear can give you more fat than a Lvl 3 black bear). If you are hunting for fat go for animals with lvl 3 or higher because they give the most fat.Shotgun is the worst weapon against AI, so kill animals with the shotgun and save your 9mm and rifle rounds to the hunters. Some bears can break your leg if they hit you.It seems that a Lvl 3 bear will chase you for longer time than a Lvl 1 bear that gives up after just a few seconds. If by chance you get chased by an animal and you have enough stamina, just keep running until they give up, they cannot hit you.It helps to reach that box you want so much. Also, crouching quiets your footsteps, allowing you to move closer to animals before they detect you. This is the last warning ticket to get out of there. Even if you get a little close most of the time they will only slowly begin to follow you. Bears and wolves always growl to warn you. It's really important to listen to your surroundings.Lvl 0 Rifle can kill a hunter with 1 headshot. It fires 20 ballbearing that each have 6 damage (so 120 total damage if every ballbearing hits). You spawn with pants that can be shreaded into cloth.Left click for the full stack, right click for singles. For moving items (single or stacked) between crates and your inventory, you can shift-click (hold sprint key). The focus is not of primitive survival (although there are many elements during the early-game), but instead a focus on the base, its security, technology and resources. Each base has an underlying economy of power and raw materials that must be maintained and expanded in order to rise in dominance. The aim is to integrate the kinds of base-resource micro-management typically found in RTS titles, into a boots-on-the-ground shooter. I feel this is important to mention, so that those considering playing the game can make a more informed purchase decision. I am the sole developer of the project, which I work on in my spare time as a passion project. There are many YouTube game-plays showing the current state of game. If you are looking for a complete gaming experience, I would recommend allowing some time before trying out the game. You will most likely experience balancing issues, performance issues, bugs and missing features. The public Early Access is intended for those interested in supporting the project and participating in it's continued development. * Central power system for bases (base items require power to function). * System for inviting/removing players to access bases. * Character hunger/thirst/strength mechanics. * Temperature change based on time-of-day and altitude. * Singleplayer sandbox experience (the multiplayer component is in development)
